Your Impact
We’re on the look for an ambitious, cross-functional Sales Operations Manager who will partner with the Head of Commercial FEV, FEV LT & Sales Teams. You will provide input into business unit priorities, understand the commercial plan across all customer/channels for the region and provide input through the year to execute, review and analyse National and regional game plans.
Additionally, you will deliver the processes, governance, tools, systems and reporting to ensure efficient & effective activation and execution in field, to deliver the best possible commercial outcomes, and to enable the Head of Commercial FEV to provide a safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand the market, brands and customers to provide input into the regional priorities for the business unit
- Based on learnings from activation and execution provide feedback into the commercial planning process
- Develop regular execution and activation reporting insights and actions to understand performance nuances across each state customer/channels
- Support plans for harmonisation of Salesforce functionality, including Territory Management, processes & tools
- Work with multiple stakeholders to enhance sales enablement and ease of doing business
- Coach and challenge the team to raise the bar and develop a team culture of sharing learning.
About You
Looking for an individual with proven experience in business partnering with a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively and problem solve.
- A career built in FMCG with knowledge of field sales and sales management
- Strong systems knowledge with a passion for continuous improvement in systems, tools and processes
- Market and product knowledge that assists customer and category growth across significant and varied markets
- Advanced presentation skills and comfortable working across all levels of the business
- Project Management experience, with demonstrable ability to work on cross functional team projects with multiple stakeholders
