This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We are world leaders in combining online learning with online tutors.
We are looking for a full time person to follow up missed payments from families. The preferred hours are 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday (flexibility with these hours may be afforded)
This is a hybrid role predominantly from home. However, you will be required to come to our office in Frankston for training and at least one day per week thereafter.
We are a family business that truly cares about the students and families enrolled with us. The successful applicants will have the persistence and resilience required for collections but also a softer, empathetic side required to communicate with parents.
