Responsibilities
- Liaise with borrowers during times of financial stress to achieve a satisfactory resolution
- Resolve early to mid-stage pre-enforcement by proactively manage the loan book with regards to arrears, defaults, losses. and daily dishonour
- Assist with the management of relations with the loan servicer, loan administration software
- Prepare daily arrears reports
- Assist in the management of approved & expiring applications.
- Internal risk & compliance policies management
- Process hardship applications as received
- Minimum 2 to 3 years property experience (ideally in residential and commercial)
- Experience in credit, collections and loan hardships.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Desire to provide high level of support whilst being keen to learn and develop your skills.
- A proactive approach and strong team ethic
