An exciting opportunity has become available for a Collections Officer to join their finance team. Initially starting as a temporary role, this is a ‘try before you buy’ type role that will go permanent for the right person. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for duties including:

• Ensuring invoices are paid and reconciled in a timely manner
• Collections and follow up of overdue invoices
• Efficiently responding to all debtor enquiries
• Identifying debtor risks
• Provide excellent communication and customer service
• Supporting and working with the finance team to reconcile bank statements 
• Updating database as required
• Ad-hoc tasks

To be considered for this role you will have previous experience working in a collections position along with outstanding communication skills. You will also have a strong commercial acumen, the ability to negotiate and enjoy working as part of a supportive team.
