Therefore, we are currently looking for a Collections Officer to assist with a 3 month contract within their Melbourne CBD office.
Responsibilities:
Assisting with the recovery and collection of outstanding funds from Commercial Clients.
Updating Clients on outstanding debts before going arrear
Building rapport with clientele
Conducting 30-40 outbound calls per day

Melbourne CBD location
6 month contract
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5pm

About You:
Previous experience in debt collection or recovery industry
Professional phone manner
Ability to build rapport with customers
Attention to detail
Self-motivated
Available to start ASAP
Australian Citizen or Permenant Resident.
