Tool Kit Depot, a growing national business offering solutions for Commercial customers from Workwear through to Power Tools is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our team. With a rich history dating back to the 1940s, we have become market leaders in Australia, providing an extensive range of tools, workwear, repairs/servicing and safety equipment for businesses and trades; we're all about quality, loyalty, and expert service.
What you will do:
As a key member of our commercial team, you'll engage in regular site visits, allowing you to intimately understand our customers' needs and tailor solutions that exceed their expectations. Your keen insight into market trends and competitor strategies will empower you to effectively overcome challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
As a senior part of the broader team, you will work alongside the store teams and fellow Account Managers to drive the best customer experience. Driven by your passion for sales and exceptional customer service you will work hard to achieve sales budgets while ensuring profitability, sustainability of our partnerships and the most important of all ensuring our account customers have all they need to get the job done.
What you need:
To succeed in this role, you will have a multifaceted approach with strong communication, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric mindset. Building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with customers is paramount. This involves actively listening to their needs, understanding their pain points, and consistently delivering solutions that add value and foster trust. Effective time management and organisational skills are also essential for balancing multiple accounts and meeting sales targets. Lastly, maintaining a proactive attitude, resilience in the face of setbacks, and a commitment to continuous learning are key traits that enable Account Managers to thrive in a dynamic and competitive business environment.
To be considered for this role travel is a must with both Regional and Interstate travel on the agenda.
