Position Overview:
We're seeking a driven and highly motivated Commercial Accountant/ Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for a range of key tasks, including:
- Management accounting, reporting & analysis
- Banking and financial management
- Payroll and superannuation oversight
- Month-end accounting & reconciliations
- Driving process improvements
- Training and developing staff and clients’ accounting skills
- Liaising with clients and their key employees
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Around five or more years of experience in finance, business, or accounting/bookkeeping roles
- Proficiency with accounting software such as MYOB and Xero
- Exceptional communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering outstanding client service
