The division employs more than 3600 team members.What you'll do:As a Wholesale Commercial Analyst specialising in FP&A, your primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding business performance and key business drivers through a curious mindset and robust financial analysis. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in the Wholesale businesses corporate planning, budgeting, and forecasting cycles, actively contributing to driving commercial enhancements and achieving desired outcomes.Your role will also include focusing on facilitating the weekly trade narrative, leading efforts in identifying and improving areas for profit enhancement, engaging in board reporting activities, and spearheading process and system improvements.The Wholesale Pharmacy business supplies over 5,500 community pharmacies daily and operates in a regulated industry. It is the largest business within the Wesfarmers Health portfolio and therefore has a meaningful impact of the performance of the overall Health division.Developing robust relationships with the Divisional Finance team will be crucial in your role, enabling you to meaningfully impact on the commercial operations and financial performance of our Wholesale business.What you'll bring:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
• Preferably experienced in FMCG, retail, or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in a genuinely commercial role, covering performance insights, business planning, and budgeting.
• Previous exposure to complex FP&A organisations is desirable.
• Ability to provide value-adding commercial and business advice to senior management.
• Proven track record in developing effective partnerships between support and business functions, with strong problem-solving skills and a curious mindset.
• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance related discipline
• CPA/CA qualification
