About the role:
With success in Australia and New Zealand, VidaCorp is rapidly expanding internationally. We have recently launched in the US, and this role focusses on our international expansion in the UK and Europe. Leading with our Beauty portfolio, we have the opportunity for Commercial Development Manager to join the team to support our international market expansion and provide financial and commercial leadership to the VidaCorp business. This role will see you partnering with priority customers to setup, establish and grow VidaCorp’s portfolio in these international markets. Much of the initial work has started and we are looking for those eager to get in on the ground floor, to build and set up our business to successfully expand into this region.
Ideally, this role will suit those that are excited by start up / scale up environments, who have an entrepreneurial mindset and are motivated by achieving and learning. Those with early stage finance, commercial and/or customer experience that have worked as a Finance Business Partner, National Account Manager or Commercial Analyst in consumer led businesses would be suited to this role.

- Strong presentation and communication skills. The ability to develop and deliver compelling customer propositions and financial presentations.
- Experience in financial and commercial modelling
- P&L Experience - building a P&L with knowledge of how to influence the levers to deliver commercial outcomes
- Amazing analytical skills with the ability to articulate financial modelling.
- Previous experience with customer specific promotional programs covering pricing, event-based campaigns, loyalty programs and in-store execution.
