Your new role
As a BusinessDevelopment Manager (BDM), you will play a pivotal role in expanding theirclient base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for generatingnew business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting ourcomprehensive range of Commercial Cleaning Services. Your efforts willcontribute to the overall success and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and targetpotential clients in various industries who could benefit from our commercialCleaning Services.
- Conduct thoroughmarket research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors'activities.
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targetorganizations.
- Develop andimplement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve businessobjectives.
- Present ourcompany's services, value proposition, and competitive advantages toprospective clients.
- Prepare and delivercompelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closelywith the operations team to ensure seamless transition and quality servicedelivery.
- Monitor marketchanges, customer feedback, and industry developments to identify opportunitiesfor business growth and improvement.
- Meet and exceedsales targets and performance metrics as defined by the company.
- Maintain accurateand up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, andopportunities using CRM software.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven track recordof success in Business Development and sales within the Commercial Cleaningservices industry or a related field.
- In-depth knowledgeof the Commercial Cleaning Services industry, including industry trends, keyplayers, and customer pain points.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andestablish credibility with clients at all levels.
- Strong negotiation,persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Results-orientedmindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated andproactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organizedwith excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in usingCRM software and other relevant sales tools.
- Valid driver'slicense and willingness to travel locally as required.
