The Role:

This is a client facing general administration role within the Out of Home Advertising Industry. The main objective of this role is to assist in driving all aspects of the commercial function to maximise quality and accuracy of output. The position plays a key support role to the National Commercial Director and the Commercial Directors of NSW/QLD/VIC/WA/SA through general administration and ensuring adherence and review of service level agreements within partner contracts.

The role has a strong focus on participation in the tender process, in particular preparation and presentation of documents and presentations. The role also focuses on delivering high standards of customer service, both internally and externally, relationship management of key partners, and delivering effective and accurate contractual obligations (such as Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting requirements), commercial strategies and working closely with our Commercial Administration and Network Operations team.

You will also be doing:

  • Contribute to driving commercial activities in order to meet overall objectives including relationship management of key partners, general administration, planning, meeting agreed levels of support and service
  • Assist in the day-to-day management and service delivery of existing partners contracts, which includes the management of revenue share payments to oOh!media contract partners, advertising panel numbers, contractual projects, services performance and any other contractual obligations required
  • Communications to key stakeholders around services performance, scheduled rates, value add advertising campaigns, cleaning and maintenance queries, infrastructure movements, licence fees, cleaning & maintenance
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for clients as well as any internal monthly management reports and contract partners.
  • Preparation of client presentations with a strong focus on look and design
  • Liaise with key client's advertising/marketing departments to plan and book Value Add media campaigns
  • Respond to sales queries on advertising content and advertising approvals in relation lease partner advertising rules and Outdoor Media Association (OMA) regulations
  • Assist in attaining planning council permits for new infrastructure along with refreshing planning permits for existing infrastructure on an as needs basis.

  • Ability to read and interpret contracts
  • Comfortable with numbers and commercial concepts
  • You are a strong communicator and an expert collaborator and strive to deliver excellence in customer service.
  • You will have exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with a keen interest in process improvement and continued learning.
  • You are tech savvy with advanced MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT)
