The role
You will have the opportunity to work in a team of four on a broad range of commercial matters, including:
- business sales and acquisitions, and joint venture arrangements.
- shareholder agreements.
- commercial contracts including distribution and procurement agreements.
During the day to day you'll get to work with several industry sectors including professional services, real estate, construction, finance and more!
You'll have matter support from more junior lawyers in the team as well as from the Principal who makes time for mentorship and training.
About you
The firm is looking for a 3yr+ PAE lawyer with experience working on commercial and business transactions. You don't necessarily need experience across all commercial transactions, but it will be particularly advantageous if you have solid business purchase and acquisition experience.
