This Gold Coast based opportunity with an international Top Tier firm has appeared for a Commercial Lawyer with at least 2 years PAE. The role will entail both advisory and m&a work. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with a number of reputable Corporate Partners. Their team is well-organized and well-structured, with established processes in place to ensure high-quality work is delivered and excellent, one on one training is provided. Given this, the entire firm is extremely well equip to deal with different situations.
Your new role
- Advising clients on a range of corporate matters within different sectors,
- Growing the business and creating a strong portfolio of your own,
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts,
- Conducting legal research,
- Representing clients in court proceedings,
- Providing legal advice to clients on a range of legal issues,
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 2 years PAE
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients,
- Strong attention to detail, deadline-driven, and able to work under pressure.
