An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 2-5 pae lawyer to join this Sydney based two Partner team of a national firm offering clients a comprehensive range of insolvency solutions.
The successful candidate will be experienced in insolvency matters or you may currently be working in a Commercial Litigation team and looking to develop a specialisation in insolvency.
The role
This role will see you working on behalf of insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors and creditors, you will provide advice on all aspects of restructuring and external administrations, including asset realisation and court proceedings commenced as a result of a company’s insolvency. You will also have the opportunity to act on behalf of banks and secured creditors in recovery of corporate and commercial debts.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role and be looking to make the next step in your career.
- You will be a highly motivated and well organised practitioner
- Excellent communicator and enjoy working with some autonomy whilst being part of a very collegiate team where you can focus on high quality work and continue to grow your career.
