The firm acts predominately for high net wealth individuals, and Australia's wealthiest and most high profile family owned businesses. The litigation practice is high performing, team driven and collaborative. To succeed in this team, you will be intellectually rigorous, down to earth, highly engaging and sensible. You will be seeking to join a general commercial disputes practice and will enjoy the opportunity to develop your litigation expertise working on complex, high profile matters, in a collegiate team.
Role
This role suits a junior litigator with 1-3 years' PAE, who has been trained at a top-tier firm and is now seeking to join a boutique firm, where you won't sacrifice quality of work to achieve a work/life balance. You will have a strong academic transcript from a reputable university, ideally with first or second class honours. Recent graduates can also be considered.
Working across two renowned partners you will practise in complex commercial and securities litigation and white collar and regulatory enforcement. The team has extensive experience in commercial property disputes, financial services disputes and professional indemnity and directors & officers policy claims and disputes. They also act in substantial inheritance disputes.
