About the Position:
Our client is seeking a Lawyer with 2 years of Post Admission Experience (PAE) to join their Brisbane Property and Development team. This team handles significant property transactions, including due diligence, commercial leasing, land use agreements, acquisitions, structuring, planning, and the sale of 'off the plan' developments for both commercial and residential projects.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years PAE with solid property law experience
- Proficiency in commercial conveyancing and leasing
- Strong experience with PEXA
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
