About the Position:
Our client is currently seeking a Property Lawyer with 2+ years of PAE to join their Brisbane Property and Development team. This team handles significant property transactions, including due diligence, commercial leasing, land use agreements, acquisitions, structuring, planning, and the sale of 'off the plan' developments for both commercial and residential projects.
Key Requirements:
- 2 years PAE with strong property law experience
- Expertise in commercial conveyancing and leasing
- Proficiency in using PEXA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- High level of attention to detail
