Are you an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer wanting to join a growing practice group across the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales? If you have at least 2 years experience, are driven and have a great attention to detail, then we may be the right fit for you.

Key areas of practice will include:
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Business sales and purchases
- Sale and purchase of residential and commercial real estate in Qld and NSW
- Negotiating and drafting of contract documents in Qld and NSW
To be successful, you must possess:
- A positive attitude, drive and commitment to your role
- Confidence in developing and maintaining client relationships
- High standards of communication and interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients
- Proficiency in delivering tailored client focused outcomes
- Excellent problem solving and strategic skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- An exceptionally high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet critical deadlines
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
- Demonstrate experience as a Lawyer with at least 2 years PQE and be eligible to hold an unrestricted employee practicing certificate.
