The Firm & The Role
Our client is a major commercial law firm and they are looking to appoint a real estate lawyer at the 1 to 4 year pae level. This role has come about due to growth.
This role will see you working in an industry leading property team. The work will be a mix of Commercial Property, leasing, major projects, commercial conveyancing, sales & acquisitions, easements.
You be given responsibility from day 1, deal with clients so you can start to develop relationships and be given complex work to cut your teeth on.
This role will see you working on some of the best Commercial Property work in the country.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 to 4 years pae experience in the area of commercial/property law
• Strong technical, drafting and advisory skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills
• Open and fluent communication skills
• Ability to work in a committed and busy team as well as autonomously
• Ambition, drive, enthusiasm
