The RoleAs a Commercial Property Manager, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities. You will work across a key portfolio of retail assets. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversight across a retail portfolio.
- Conducting regular property inspections and delivering comprehensive reports
- Efficiently managing repairs and maintenance
- Skillful financial management, covering rents, leases, outgoings, and arrears
- Coordinating insurance and Essential Safety Measures
- Maintaining strong, productive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Sound knowledge of the Retail Leases Act
- Exceptional organisational skills and adeptness in prioritisation
- A proactive approach to thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
- An unwavering commitment to precision and detail
- Timely and high-quality task execution
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability
- Prior work experience in property management
- A commitment to continuous learning and skill development
- Agent's Representative Qualification or Licensed Estate Agent accreditation
- A tertiary qualification in Real Estate or a related field is desirable.
