Modo Property are looking for an organised individual to join their growing property management team based in Surrey Hills. It's an ideal position for candidates with residential experience that want to move into the commercial sector.
This is essentially an introductory position to Commercial Property Management.
To start, you will be working the senior Property Manager in all aspects of the job, shadowing and assisting them. You'll be learning from their experiences and taught how to manage your own commercial portfolio. It’s a fantastic opportunity for those wanting a launching pad to start their career in commercial real estate as all training is provided.

What we need from you!
- Ability to work weekdays 9am - 5pm
- Capacity to complete weekly task lists and correctly follow procedures
- The ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- A current Victorian Driver's License and a clean, reliable vehicle
- Your own laptop or desktop computer
