Commercial Sales Admin/ Office Manager

A rare opportunity for a strong sales administrator/ Office Manager to join a well-established, high performing leasing firm.

The Client
Our client has a growing portfolio of Commercial Assets under management and Lease/Sale with expansion plans and exciting projects on the horizon. In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees. An opening has become available as a Property Team Administrator, providing administrative support to their Sales team.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to be the backbone to this motivated, busy team of professionals. Utilising your customer service, relationship management and administration skills on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing marketing material
• Uploading properties online to advertising portals
• Coordinating external consultants including website developers, cleaners etc
• EA to the managing director
• Managing social media platforms
• Compiling reports
• Liaising with clients and a variety of external stakeholders
• Responding to email enquiries
• Database management & entry
• Organising team events

The Ideal Candidate:

• Exceptional written communication skills
• Exposure to commercial real estate
• Technologically savvy
• High attention to detail
• Have strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to take initiative
• Hungry, outgoing personality
