About the role
Positions related to administrative activities within the Technical Capability team including the development and delivery of work plans, schedules, execution of administrative functions/communications, scheduling of induction, training and coaching sessions, essential data management practices of known central data sources and the fostering of a positive team culture to drive efficiency across operational routines.

- Develops and communicates work plans and activity schedules guided by data driven action and decision making.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of interactions with a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
- Organises and maintains a central repository of records, information and standards to enable BOS capability, change, communications and engagement activities.
- Sources information, plans and conducts analyses to support evidence based decision making
- Supports the compilation and reporting of activities across the function.
- Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
- Engages the capabilities of the entire Capability team.
About you
- Experiences demonstrating critical thinking, agility and creativity
- Experience working with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working within a team environment with ambiguity
- Experience in incorporating BOS or equivalent lean practice ways of working
