Join our dynamic team as a Communications & Administration Officer, playing a pivotal role in supporting the Development Director and Business Manager at the Melbourne Anglican Foundation. This is a part-time position (0.5 EFT) with weekly hours able to be flexibly spread over 3-4 days, with additional days for special events.
Responsibilities include assisting in event management, managing donor communications, supporting social media activities, and general administrative tasks. You'll also assist with Board and subcommittee logistics, ensuring smooth operations.
Ideal candidates should have a tertiary qualification (or progress towards) in business, accounting, marketing, or arts, and 3-5 years of administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft systems and social media, along with strong communication skills and attention to detail, is essential.
