We are seeking a Communications Officer to join our team on a full-time, term basis.
As the initial point of contact for all enquiries received from stakeholders including motorists, injured people, CTP Insurers, service providers, medical practitioners, and legal practitioners, this a key role at the CTP Regulator. The direct engagement with claimants and policy holders helps the Regulator to provide information to consumers about the CTP Scheme in an effective, customer-centric way. The role is also tasked with customer-focused activities including production and maintenance of communication products, website publishing, user experience testing of digital products and collaborating on projects that identify and continually improve customer service processes.
About you:
You have well-developed communication skills to help a broad range of customers clearly understand complex information, and a strong customer service orientation. You conduct yourself professionally and with empathy when handling sensitive matters.
You have the proven ability to plan, prioritise and organise work to achieve goals and meet strict deadlines, and enjoy working in a small team environment.

The Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Regulator is an independent Statutory Authority responsible for delivering a competitive CTP Insurance Scheme offering choice, ease and confidence to the SA community. The Regulator monitors, audits and reviews CTP Insurer activities and efficiency of the Scheme. These actions ensure that a fair and affordable Scheme is maintained for motorists, and there are improved Scheme outcomes for injured people. The Regulator is also responsible for providing information to consumers about the Scheme and CTP Insurers.
