About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Community Clinical Nurse ( CN) or Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) who possesses a background in Critical Care. This role is not just a job, but a calling for those who have a heartfelt interest in providing exceptional Paediatric Complex and Palliative care. Our focus is on supporting children and young people with life-threatening and life-limited conditions, and we extend our support to their families and caregivers. You will be working closely with our Management Team to lead and guide our nursing and care teams. You will be instrumental in ensuring that our team delivers compassionate and high-quality support to clients and their families. Your role as a Clinical Lead is not just about ensuring quality support and care but also about shaping the direction of our services.

Qualifications:
- Current AHPRA registered Health Care Professional.
- Minimum of 5 years post-graduate RN qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role with a focus on mentoring and training.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
Your Impact:
- Integral to the management team, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Management Team to develop and implement initiatives focused on enhancing quality service and care excellence.
- Play a pivotal role in supervising our nursing and care staff. This includes not only overseeing daily operations but also guiding the professional growth of our team by developing supervision and personal development plans tailored to individual staff needs and where required address performance and development issues in a constructive manner, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Oversee the delivery of client-focused support and care, ensuring it meets the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Act as a liaison between the management team and support staff, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Assess client’s needs, write reports, develop care plans, and make professional recommendations.
- Oversee the training of nursing and support workers, ensuring they meet the specific needs of our clients and relevant NDIS practice standards.
