Job description

About Trilogy Care:

Trilogy Care is Australia’s fastest-growing approved provider of the Federal Government’s Home Care Package (HCP) program. Our innovative self-management model delivers greater choice, transparency, and value to our consumers, ensuring they spend less on management fees and more on long-term care and services.

We are a vibrant, enthusiastic, and dynamic organisation, dedicated to supporting older Australians to remain in their own homes. We believe that our business isn't just about numbers; it's about making a meaningful impact on the lives of our consumers and their families.

At Trilogy Care, we take immense pride in creating an empowering and fulfilling workplace for our dedicated employees. We believe that our team is the cornerstone of our success and as such, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the role:

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Community Development Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting Trilogy Care's community managed program, by identifying and developing new towns and communities in regional, rural and remote Australia, maintaining relationships with existing stakeholders and driving program growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation abilities and a dedication to creating positive change.

Job Description:

  • Promote the community managed program: Champion our program, nurturing relationships that benefit this unique model of assisting communities across Australia to provide access for residents to aged care services.
  • Expand community managed program: Identify and reach out to potential towns and communities and key industry stakeholders to expand our program.
  • Training and coaching: educate and empower new partners on effective collaboration with Trilogy Care.
  • Lifecycle management: oversee the entire partnership lifecycle to maintain our customer-focused approach.
  • Manage and guide community partners through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with partnership agreements and documentation
  • Effectively address community partner enquiries, complaints, and objections – understand and implement the escalation process
  • Ensure fee and Home Care Package program changes are communicated to partners accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain community partner accounts and collaborate with Trilogy Care departments to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • CRM management: efficiently manage leads, contacts, and prospects using our company CRM.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in managing relationships in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Knowledge of Zoho suite will be an advantage.
  • Minimum of 3 year’s work experience in a business development, customer service or Community Development position.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyse market data effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field (desirable)
  • Knowledge of Home Care Packages, the aged care industry or NDIS (highly desirable)
  • Service orientated with strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with partners, service providers, suppliers and government agencies.
  • Ability to demonstrate soft skills in dispute resolution, critical thinking, time management, decision making, task prioritisation, rapport building and communication.
  • Competent application skills in the Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, Teams and Air Call
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Commensurate with experience + bonus
  • We reward your impact, and support your wellbeing, through a competitive compensation package and flexibility programs that will help you thrive in work and life.
  • Join a purpose-driven organisation making a positive impact
  • Enjoy a vibrant team culture and active social calendar
  • Supportive management and opportunities for career progression
  • Brand new Bowen Hills office, close to multiple transport options, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
  • Evidence of Australian work rights (passport, birth certificate, etc).

Unlock your Potential with Trilogy Care:

We believe that challenges are better solved together! You'll be a part of an amazing team, encouraged to collaborate and innovate in a way that creates powerful solutions and makes a positive impact. This purpose-led work, and our continuous improvement will help unlock your potential and take your career to the next level.

Avoid the confidence gap! You do not have to match all the listed requirements to apply. We'd love to hear from you!
