About the role
- Work alongside multidisciplinary team in a hands on client facing role delivering care within their homes
- Monitor and assess medication assistance
- Provide wound care support, continence and falls management assessments
- Collaborate with team on all aspects of clinical care, coordination and case management
Skills & experience
- Bachelor of Nursing and current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- RN experience within aged care in home/community service
- Must hold a current Drivers Licence and own motor vehicle (car) with comprehensive insurance
- Covid-19 vaccination to Dept. of Health mandatory requirements
