AddressMy client, a boutique law firm, seeks an experienced Company Secretary to join its team. This role will be responsible for scheduling and attending board meetings for various ASX listed businesses, in addition to drafting notices, annual reports and providing advice as it pertains to ASX Listing Rules or the Corporations Act.
The ideal candidate is someone who has extensive experience performing company secretarial duties for ASX listed businesses. This experience could be earned in house or in a consultative capacity.
