We are seeking a Compliance Administration Officer to join our great Health & Safety team.
To be successful in this role you have:
- Strong attention to detail
- A friendly and positive attitude and the ability to liaise with a diverse workforce
- A proactive approach to maintaining safety compliance
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office suite (Strong Excel skills required)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Health & Safety knowledge advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
The main responsibilities include:
- Verifying onboarding paperwork and entering into HSE Compliance Management System
- Updating and maintaining data into the HSE Compliance Management System
- Ensuring timely communication and reporting to the business
- Maintaining Fatigue Management systems
- Ensuring compliance to HSE systems
- Contribute to, and participate in, safety compliance promotion and campaigns within the business
