About the Role:
As a Compliance Officer at Trilogy Care, you'll embark on a dynamic journey where your key focus will be conducting audits on our valued partner organisations and carrying out regular compliance assessments of our service providers. Your efforts will play a vital role in maintaining the high service standards we're proud of at Trilogy Care while ensuring a seamless alignment with the broader Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Standards.
Job Description:
- Bring a personal touch to our communication by liaising with partners via phone and email to schedule and coordinate audit meetings.
- Infuse creativity into administrative tasks related to the audit processes, making each step efficient and effective.
- Breathe life into data management by maintaining and updating our CRM database with vivid details and outcomes from each audit.
- Collaborate closely with partnered providers and the partnership operations team to elevate standards when needed, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Empower partnered organisations with the necessary information to effortlessly align with Trilogy Care's compliance program.
- Conduct dynamic compliance checks on submitted documentation, ensuring our workforce is compliant.
- Ensure a seamless payment process by verifying that all service providers possess the required documentation for Home Care Package eligibility.
- Use a detective mindset by conducting assessments on conflict-of-interest request forms and police checks when necessary.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in managing relationships in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Knowledge of Zoho Suite (highly desirable)
- Studies within a business or related field (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of Home Care Packages, the aged care industry or NDIS (highly desirable)
- Service orientated with strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with clients and their families, service providers, suppliers and government agencies.
- Works both independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and uses initiative to achieve results
- Ability to demonstrate soft skills in dispute resolution, critical thinking, time management, decision making, task prioritisation, rapport building and communication.
- Competent application skills in the Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, Teams and Air Call

Mandatory Requirements:
- Current federal police clearance (not more than 12 months old) and international police check if you have lived overseas in the last 10 years
- Evidence of Australian work rights (passport, birth certificate, etc).
