Thomson Bridge/RelyOn Nutec is seeking a dedicated RTO Compliance Officer to join our dynamic team. As an RTO Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation meets the relevant standards and regulations. Reporting directly to the General Manager you will provide effective support for all RTO compliance matters.
About the Role:
Your Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
- Coordinate the implementation of recommendations, improvements, and outcomes for courseware quality management.
- Coordinate and manage the reporting of key deliverables across all functions for business compliance.
- Ensure the organisation meets and maintains compliance:- ASQA Standards for RTOs 2015, VET Quality Framework, funding contracts.
- GWO, ISO and others internationally, as applicable.
- Communicate regulatory changes to the relevant teams and support their implementation.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics.
- Review and maintain Registers.
- Continuous Improvement ensuring teams implement required improvements in the agreed timeframes.
- Policy and Procedures ensuring the review process and subsequent adjustments are implemented in the agreed timeframes.
- Legislation and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and reports.
- In collaboration with the various teams, contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
You must have:
- Experience working in a compliance or quality assurance role in an RTO environment under the ASQA Standards.
- Strong understanding and the ability to disseminate relevant laws and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You may have:
- Previous experience in administrative functions in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO).
- An understanding of the Australian Energy Industry.
