AddressRMK Rigging PTY LTD is seeking a qualified professional to join our team as our WHS/ HVNL Compliance Officer. The position offered is full-time.
RMK Rigging PTY LTD is a facet of THE RMK GROUP.
THE RMK GROUP specialises in the manufacture, delivery and installation of precast panels, we also supply cranage and other rigging services where required.
Roles and Responsibilities
Monthly review and auditing on WHS and policy and procedure adherence
Have a clean and tidy appearance
Ensure our fleet is conforming as per SafeWork and NHVL codes
Ensure our staff are conforming to SafeWork and NHVL codes, policies and procedures
Work under pressure and within time constraints
Consult with governing bodies to ensure we are providing staff with current information
Ensure staff training and safety awareness is up to date
Conduct random tests and reviews on staff WHS related activities
Ensure staff compliance with Daily Check Sheets for NHVL regulated assets
Perform weekly toolbox talks for NHVL requirements
Perform Daily toolbox talks for WHS requirements
Ensure Daily site safety documentation is completed by staff
Issue and document non-conformances
Issue and document CI documentation as required
Develop and Monitor data sheets for Asset conformance
Ensure staff are supplied and equipped with correct PPE
Conduct random site visits to Monitor staff site safety
Review ITPs and collate quality documentation for projects
Develop and implement WHS SMS
Develop, maintain and implement SWMS and JSEA’s
Inform staff of current WHS changes and alter policies to suit
