In this role you will be responsible for bringing together our team & suppliers for our key cultural event – the Amart National Business Conference 2024 (being held in October). Your key objective will be to create an experience that leaves our delegates connected with our business goals, fired-up & ready to make an impact!

This is a fast-paced, hands-on event management role within a small but epic team.
Reporting into our National Culture & Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing an engaging conference theme & delegate experience;
Developing a detailed event plan & managing the execution of all milestones across the conference team;
Communicating regularly with key stakeholders & managing supplier relationships;
Forecasting & managing the conference budget; &
Working closely with our PCO Partners on travel arrangements.

Experience in leading complex corporate events;
Strong planning, problem solving & organisation skills;
An ability to build strong relationships across a range of internal & external stakeholders; &
An ability to juggle time-sensitive priorities.
This role will initially be offered as a 10-month fixed-term contract, either full-time or part-time (0.8FTE) with the possibility of extension.
