The role…
Reporting to the Executive Chef, we’re looking for a superstar who can be responsible and effectively manage our Conference & Events team.
As a leader and integral part of our team, you will ensure the day to day activities and strategic planning are delivered to a high standard, through passion for hospitality and the drive to deliver an exceptional level of service to our guests.
You’ll be a strong people leader with a flexible and member-centric approach. We want you to bring your self-discipline and enthusiasm to our team to manage all financial and operational aspects of our Conference and Events Operations.

We’re looking for…
- Previous experience in hospitality environment.
- Sound understanding of F&B operations & the event management industry.
- A flair for creating and identifying business opportunities.
- A solid understanding of sales principals and techniques.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with others.
- Substantial knowledge of the service procedures relative to C&E Operations including but not limited banquet, buffet, cocktail, conference and special event service within 5-star venues.
- Depth of wine knowledge and general bar beverages.
- Proven understanding of budget and accounting procedures including planning, forecasting and controlling
- Great time management skills
- Flexibility to work with the business requirements.
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS and Catering Sales (desirable).
