Your Role: As our Conference &Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract conferences, weddings meetings, and events. Be the driving force in achieving revenue targets and occupancy goals.
- Setting and meeting financial targets including but not limited to: pipeline activity, enquiry conversion tracking and reporting on these results to the executive team.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses. Deliver top-notch customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring every detail is flawless. From conferences, weddings and meetings you'll make sure our spaces shine.
- Think outside the box to customise packages and offerings, making us the go-to choice for memorable conferences, weddings & Events.
- Keep a keen eye on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with our operations, food and beverage, and guest services teams to ensure seamless event experiences.
Your Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience in conference, weddings, events and sales management within the hospitality industry.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
