Construction Administrator - Custom Homes

Our clients business continues to grow and evolve, they are looking for exceptional people who are passionate team members to join them and further develop their own career in the residential building industry.   

They have an opening for a superstar Administrator to join their team. Reporting to the Operations Manager the responsibilities are as follows : 

Construction Administrator

• Provision of admin support across the Construction Team including; liaising with and organising trades, suppliers and contractors.
• Managing covenants, council submissions etc
• Assisting with colour selections
• Solving queries of new clients
• Keeping clients updated on the build process
• General administration duties
• Reception duties as and when needed 

To be successful in either of these roles, you will have:

• Previous experience in a fast paced administration role within residential construction industry preferred 
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail  
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks. 
• Proficient in Onsite Companion software is preferred 
• Backed with good references
