About the role
As the Construction Cadet / Project Coordinator you will take care of budgets, quotes, subcontracts, supplier agreements, purchase orders and site documentation for commercial building projects.
You must have strong computer literacy and excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail and background knowledge of the building construction industry sector.
If you are based on a construction site, or currently a Project Coordinator and have knowledge of commercial building construction, but would prefer an office based job, then this is the role for you!
Requirements for this role
- Commercial building construction background either on-site or as a Project Coordinator.
- Some experience with budgets, quotes, subcontracts, supplier agreements, purchase orders and site documentation.
- Highly professional English communication skills essential.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical aptitude.
- Strong computer literacy.
