  • Identifying, formulating, and controlling project costs to ensure proper funding and adherence to approved budgets.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and mitigating potential risk events (initiating corrective action when necessary).
  • Managing changes to scope, deliverables, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Preparing technical and financial reports on construction progress, including cost and time forecasting (whilst maintaining schedule and budget)
  • Managing emergency response and crisis management/public relations matters on-site.
  • Interpreting specifications to plan and executing construction procedures, staffing requirements, and timelines for each phase.
  • Directing supervisory personnel and subcontractors to prevent delays and ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Managing personnel, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve construction problems and improve methods.
  • Inspecting work to ensure compliance with specifications, schedules and environmental regulations.
  • Preparing and reviewing progress reports, and adjusting work schedules as needed.
  • Exercising contract requirements and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Leading business development initiatives to identify and capitalize on new construction opportunities, fostering growth and expansion for Egis ANZ.
