Jadecorp Property Group is currently running three major projects at various stages of the property cycle, and we're seeking a dynamic and talented Construction Manager to join our team. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of these ventures with excellence.
The Constructions Manager will oversee the construction of our development projects, comprising medium-rise multi-residential apartments and a small commercial building in Brisbane. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects, maintaining high standards of quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage site personnel, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are inherently achieved.
- Collaborate closely with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential changes to design & detailing issues.
- Review, manage & approve shop drawings and detail documentation
- Review and coordination of all major services locations including mechanical equipment, cabling, ducting and pipework routes.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record as a Construction Manager within a substantial construction company, overseeing complex projects from start to finish.
- Must have strong experience in delivering structures and can work autonomously in getting a project quickly out of the ground.
- Experience in multi-residential
- Excellent Leadership and Team Management Skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and the aptitude to handle unexpected challenges with composure.
- A passion for quality craftsmanship and a keen eye for detail.
- Solid knowledge of Construction Processes, Workplace Health & Safety, and National Construction Codes.
