Our client a well established Domestic Home Building Company based in Underwood Qld Is looking for an experienced full-time Construction Project Manager to join their team to assist and manage all projects across the business. This role will involve the following duties but not limited to:
The Key responsibilities:
* Communicate and Negoitiate with customers, stakeholders, Suppliers and Real Estate developers about project work, budgets and resolve any concerns or issues with customers satisfaction and company standards
* On-site operations and implementation of projects with the contractors, designers, site builders, carpenters and other creative players when working on the projects
* Plan and organize production schedules and all other relevant paperwork
* Prepare project management plans, supervise budget reports
* Set and manage project time lines
* Oversee work progress and report on variations to work orders
* Prepare and review project brief and evaluation
* Collect and analyze data associated with project undertaken, and report project outcomes
Experience required:
* Experience and knowledge of Home or related construction works.
* Demonstrated exposure to job costing, purchasing and accounts ideally within the construction industry
* Ability to organize and priorities tasks whilst under pressure and to meet deadlines.
* At least 3 years’ experience of proven project management experience, ideally with exposure to a broad range of project tasks.

Skills required
* Bachelor degree of Australian qualification
* Advanced skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and auto CAD
* Clear verbal and written communication and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
