Capex Solutions Limited is a growing construction company engaged in projects across the spectrum of Commercial, Residential, Civil, Industrial and Mining sectors. The Project Manager will plan all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion of projects.
Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop project with architect, engineers, drafting team
- Compile & plan budgets, cost estimates
- Coordinate, plan & manage schedules for labour & subcontractors
- Order & manage materials, equipment
- Oversee project progress & provide reports on timeline, progress, adjustments
- Oversight of site supervisors, trades, subcontractors to ensure delivery of works on time, to budget & ensure exemplary quality of work.
- Ensure all building & safety codes etc. are met
Project Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Formal qualifications in a construction industry associated field a must. Trade qualifications favourable.
- Ten years’ experience as a PROJECT MANAGER
- Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects
- Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
- Able to analyse problems and strategise for better solutions
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office; Microsoft Project, AutoCAD an advantage
