THE ROLE
As a result of continuous company growth, we are currently seeking a Projects Administrator to join our Team based in Perth Head office on a permanent full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing and growing team to step into the next phase of your career.
Duties include but not limited to;
Projects
- Providing wide-range project and administrative support to the Operations and the Projects Team
- Preparation of documents and reports as required ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Maintaining purchase orders and invoices as directed by Project Manager / Project Engineer
- Document control support
- Coordinating and administering meetings, including issuing of minutes
- Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers
- Project INX Administrative support
- Develop, edit, and proofread project documentation and templates
- Other duties as required by the Project Managers
Mobilisation
- Assisting mobilisation requirements by working alongside the nominated Project Engineer or Project Manager
THE PERSON
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desired but not essential
- Project or Contracts Management and Document Control training or qualifications is desired but not essential
- Minimum 2 years' experience in project administration or site administration
- Experience in Pronto, Procore, Microsoft Projects, INX is desired but not essential
- Work autonomously and show initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong capabilities with the Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work towards deadlines and demonstrate excellent time keeping skills
- Ability to adapt to change, manage stress and persist towards goals despite obstacles
- High levels of attention to detail
