Markq Homes has an exciting and rare opportunity available for a Site Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Senior Management, you will administer a job from commencement of the project to handover, ensuring all processes are adhered to, whilst providing on site supervision and coordination as required. This is to ensure that all new home owners have a positive experience through out building process. The successful candidates’ tasks will include, however are not limited to:
- Complete responsibility for all actions, activities and works undertaken on site by all site trades and subcontractors.
- Ensure adequate labour and subcontract are maintained on site to ensure safety, quality and efficiency are always maintained.
- Co-ordinate works on site in accordance with and update the status of the construction program as requested by the Project Manager.
- Ensure subcontract procurement is in line with the requirements of the project by leasing with Project Manager.
- Provide costs for variations when requested by the client in consultation with Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager with measuring and quantifying of works completed on site for progress claims.
- Collate the Site-Specific Construction Phase Quality, Safety & Environmental Plan, submit and amend as required.
- Ensure SWMS are in place for all activities.
- Provide Project / Tender Methodologies when requested.
- Collate and issue O&M Manuals on project completion.
- Assist Contracts Administration team with Progress Claims, EOT claims and Variations.
- Responsible for delivering commercial construction projects on time; on budget; and critically in line with customer expectations.
- Contribute to business improvement processes.
- Maintain and foster relationships / contacts with all stakeholders both within and external to the business.
- Continually maintain knowledge of relevant legislation and practices to ensure compliance with all legislation, standards, and codes of practice.
- Report to Senior Management on a regular basis through weekly and monthly reports and meetings.
- Any other duties which may be required from time to time as directed.
To be successful in this role you will have:
· Minimum 4 years Previous administration experience, within the residential Construction industry
· Completion of year 12 secondary education or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Project as well as general computer proficiency
· A Demonstrated commitment to customer service
· Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to multi-task
· Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of stakeholders
Schedule: 8 hours shift
Ability to commute to sites/office if required
Language: English (Required)
Licence/Certification: White Card (Required)

Salary: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
