About the Role
Are you in the Civil Construction Industry and want to get off the tools?
Are you a seasoned professional in civil construction with a knack for leadership?
Are you ready to lead a dynamic team to success?
We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to fill the position of Construction Team Leader.
What you will be doing:
- Working a 38/hr week with OT available
- Overseeing the and delivering civil works on time for our client.
- Managing and lead a Construction Team
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
What you need:
- Current Drivers Licence
- Trade Background
- Certificate of Proficiency for your trade
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able and willing to complete a Pre employment Medical with D&A testing
- Right to work documents
- Provide 2 workplace references
