Procurement Support Officer (Mining & Construction Equipment Manufacturer)

A leading and global manufacturer of construction and mining equipment with a significant presence in Australia needs an Procurement Support Officer. You will be based at the Yatala, QLD, distribution centre and you will play a crucial role in supporting the Service Parts Organisation. Your responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive purchasing support to ensure efficient and timely procurement of service parts, enabling our organization to deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise in sourcing and procurement to drive operational excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with ETO Direct Shipments from Vendor to Customer.
• Assist in training/educating and supporting suppliers.
• Vendor data maintenance. 
• Assist with invoice discrepancies.
• Perform analytical and administrative tasks.

• 2 to 3 years experience. 

It's a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home each week. You will work within a social and relaxed atmosphere within a supportive team culture. The initial contract duration is 12 months. There is a possibility to extend beyond 12 months.
 
The role requires that candidates have the right to work in Australia with no restrictions and that you reside in South East Queensland.
