Form of workThis individual will be responsible for the management and organisation of Kate & Kole's content library. Their role includes meticulous cataloging of all images and handling post-production responsibilities following each shoot. In addition to these duties, they actively contribute to in-house content creation, providing on-set assistance for all shoots. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro, they play a pivotal role in crafting digital assets for the brand.
Content Management
- Organise all images post shoot as per brands filing structure
- Action all file renaming of each asset before it gets upload into the Kate & Kole’s content hub
- Resize all images to the correct size for the use of each channel i.e website, social, email
- Upload final images to the corresponding product in Shopify
- Manage the Kate & Kole Image Library
- Responsible for uploading product imagery to shopify and management of e-commerce store
Content Creation & Photoshoots
- Assist the marketing & content team on in house content creation.
- Assist in all pre-production prep for all photoshoots ( i.e shot list, pulling samples & product)
- Assist in all post-production tasks (i.e returning stock to relevant teams)
Graphic Design
- Proficient use across Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premier Pro.
- Assist the marketing & content team on retouching & editing stills & video content for website, social and other digital channels
- Execute EDM briefs and provide final assets to the marketing team
- Execute website briefs (i.e homepage banners, tiles, custom landing pages) and provide final assets to the marketing team that are ready for web upload
- Execute organic & paid social media briefs (i.e Instagram stories, FB cover photos, paid ads
- Execute any print assets (i.e gift vouchers, about us cards, event collateral)
- Execute brand decks under the direction of the founders
