To support us on our journey, we are searching for a wander-full storyteller and engaging Content Creator to join our growing team.
A day in your life as our Wanderlust Content Creator
Working from a Content Creators dream location in Brunswick Heads, you will have no shortage of backdrop and inspiration to work with. Your new office is set on 60 acres of beautiful landscape including a regenerated rainforest, native gardens and abundant wildlife, a river camp, roaming peacocks and a resident donkey and honorary team member, Jack!
Your morning will most likely include:
- A daily all team tadasna (team huddle) including sharing, connecting and setting a focus for the day ahead;
- Strategising, creating, distributing, and analysing digital content tailored to specific audiences and goals related to our products and our events;
- Developing, pitching and delivering engaging content for our website, our customers and our social media platforms;
- Mastering social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn to grow our engagement and followers;
- Establishing measures of success (KPIs) to continually assess and improve the effectiveness of our content strategy and initiatives.
Over a break at lunch, you might choose to go for a walk, meditate under the 100 year old fig tree, jump on a paddle board or do some yoga.
Your afternoon may involve some more content creation, however you may also be:
- Providing direction and support with photoshoots;
- Supporting the development and delivery of digital campaigns, including partnerships with our customers and distributors as well as our events;
- Working with the Marketing and Product Teams to create enticing, engaging marketing collateral and product listings;
- Finding new ways to actively engage with our audience, fielding enquiries and fostering great relationships and interactions across the multiple inboxes.
What you bring to our team
As our wanderful Content Creator, you will have:
- Work experience as a Content Creator with a track record of growing product/brand impact
- Qualification in Design, Marketing or Communications;
- Experience using content creation tools such as Canva, and Adobe Creative Suites, After Effects, Photoshop, or InDesign;
- Familiarity with content syndication platforms;
- Experience delivering successful paid social campaigns (preferred);
- Knowledge of performance marketing; including SEO, Google Analytics, Paid Search, Meta, TikTok Ads (preferred);
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills;
- Passion for innovation and learning;
- Teamwork and relationship building skills;
- An eye for detail;
- A love of health and wellbeing.
