Queensland is investing more than $14 billion in health infrastructure projects and a broad range of programs and initiatives, to relieve pressure on the public health system. This is the biggest capital investment in health in Queensland history. The Contractor Administrator will assist in the ongoing management of the FFE SP Project contracts.
What we are looking for:
A high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of programs (experience with QContracts / Open Data Portal would be highly regarded) to manage, correlate and present data in meaningful reports and a range of formats.
Knowledge of practices and procedures related to the contracts management function.
Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage information and provide advice on procedures, policies and solutions in relation to contract management.
Ability to effectively manage time and work priorities to achieve specified outcomes within tight timeframes and deadlines.
Ability to develop productive relationships with clients and suppliers and respond under direction to changes in client needs and expectations.
