Do you want the flexibility and exposure of working between head office and site?

There are projects located on the Peninsula that you will start work on, it's likely there will be 1-2 days of travel between the Peninsula and the head office in Malvern.

You will report to a project manager administering a super high-end residential project. The salary on offer is up to a $130k package, depending on your experience. 

There will be a variety between the head office in Malvern and the site in your day working. You will work with the Project Manager and client-side representative managing the build.

Your responsibility will be to manage this project's contract administration, cost reporting, and contract management. 

The business has a track record of promoting from within; the project manager you will work with has also developed down the same route, having been promoted from CA to PM. He's an excellent mentor, likeable, down to earth and will be there to ask questions.

The business is growing and has a substantial pipeline of work for 2024/25. They are a known leader in the high-end sector due to the nature of the work they complete. The type of clientele that they work with also sees them complete commercial work such as architectural and commercial projects up to $35m.

Due to the nature of the project, you will have at least two years of head contractor experience in commercial construction or the high-end sector.

Interviews will be conducted over the next two weeks, with a start date depending on the notice period.
